Ministries

We value community

Church is more than a service. It’s people living life together and helping one another throughout our cities to serve our cities. Each week, hundreds of people at Main Street Church meet in several small communities to learn about God, pray, eat, laugh, and live. We call these Community Groups—and they’re the heart of our church.

We also have several events and services that happen at the church campus every week. Teens, moms, toddlers, and everyone in between have something each week at our church. Take some time to explore all of our offerings and get connected today.

An Overview of Ministries

Family Ministries

We place a lot of value on families. We believe that strong marriages and families are the cornerstone of strong churches and communities. Main Street Church offers a number of ministries focused on helping families grow together as disciples of Jesus.

Student Ministries

The high school years are vital in training young people to be disciples of Jesus. Statistically, 60 percent of students leave the church after high school. This means that traditionally the church hasn’t done a good job of communicating the gospel to teens and creating a legacy of disciples that is multi-generational. Main Street Student Ministries is focused on helping parents equip young people between the ages of 12 and 18 to be disciples of Jesus by clearly communicating the gospel, creating an environment of worship, and connecting teens to community in the church.

Women's Ministries

Women are vital to a healthy church. In the Bible, it was the women who stuck by Jesus as he died on the cross. It was the women who discovered that Jesus rose from the dead and told the disciples. And it was the women who faithfully served in the early church in partnership with the apostles and elders. The early church was radical in that it encouraged women to learn about theology and Jesus, encouraged them to serve and help build the church, and deemed women as equal image bearers of God, with distinct roles. Main Street Women’s Ministries is focused on helping women grow more deeply in their love of Jesus, grow in their knowledge of the Bible, and get connected with one another in community with the ultimate goal of creating disciples of Jesus who make other disciples.

Community Groups

Community is the heart of the church. Meeting with other people in the church, sharing burdens, and learning God's story together are some of the most important things we do. Our community pastor, Pastor Gus Sanchez, is available 24/7 to help plug you into a community based on where you live, family status, or any other demographic you'd like to place yourself inside. Call Pastor Gus Sanchez now for more information.

Worship Ministry

Do you have a talent, secret or out in the open? Do you want to use that talent to bless others? Contact Gus Sanchez about getting involved in our Worship Ministry. He has a place for you, unless you're not very good at what you claim you're good at doing.
